Meet Pricilla Liriano
Founder of Liriano Therapy LLC
Pricilla is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Board-Certified Assistant Analyst (BCaBA) and a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (VA). In her role as a therapist, her goal is to serves as a guide to support you through your emotional, physical and spiritual journey.
Pricilla received her education from Florida International University in Miami, FL where she obtained a Bachelor of Art in Psychology, with a Minor a Business and a Master’s in Social Work Degree. Being licensed in two states, Pricilla can provide services clients in Florida and South Carolina. She has been a Member of the National Association of Social Workers since 2016 and is Verified by Psychology Today.
Having worked in a variety of settings throughout her career, Pricilla has made the transition from in person to telehealth in order to address the growing need of clients wherever they are located without limitations. Pricilla therapeutic practice offers a judgement free zone, where every experience is valued and taken as a strength and opportunity to exercise reflective improvements.
By providing a warm, open and collaborative therapeutic relationship, Pricilla client-centered focus approach revolves around identify client’s strengths to help them overcome obstacles. Pricilla has experiences utilizing a series of different modality treatment interventions. She likes to bring a holistic approach and incorporate the use of commonly referred to interventions such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Psychoeducation and is Certified in Mindfulness Meditation.
Pricilla has dedicated the past decade to assisting children, teens, and families through difficult and challenging times. Pricilla is particularly skilled in working with parenting concerns, relationships and family issues, anger and stress management, anxiety/depression, trauma, grief and loss, educational and career/vocational issues, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD or ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder, Crisis Intervention and much more. It is her believe that despite facing unique challenges there is value is self-work in therapeutic settings.
When Pricilla is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Her favorite activities include hiking, yoga, dance workouts and reading self development books.
